Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful (Pat, Micah, etc.). They took the time to go over everything.
Subcontractors were good except a hangup with one contractor where it was difficult to book and get estimated time on installation of our shower. We were out of our house for 5 months for a shower leak. Only suggestion is to use the buildertrend portal more.
